RSSA Roadmap Admin Access
Administrative Access provides access for an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager to help RSSAs manage clients and information within the RSSA Roadmap.
To set it up, simply click on your name in the top right hand corner of the application, scroll down and select enabled in the right corner of the section. Then simply add an email address, which will be used as the username, and select a password for them to access your account. Then provide the credentials to the user along with the sign in link https://rssa.socialsecurityroadmap.us/login (also provided at the time of set-up). This sign in option does not provide access to the RSSA eLearning Program, only the RSSA Roadmap. Two-Factor Authentication is required and will be sent to the users email address.
Please understand that anyone you provide access to has complete access and control to your RSSA Roadmap account, settings and client information.
These credentials can be modified or deactivated by the advisor at any time.
